Saphyyr Events is the story of two enthusiasts, Dounya Chaouki and David Neto, driven by a shared love of travel, cultural discovery and unique experiences. Inspired by the prestigious events they have attended around the world, they founded the agency to reinvent event planning around the values of elegance and authenticity.

Do I need to travel to Morocco to organise my event?
No. That is the whole point of having offices in two cities: we prepare the project with you from Paris, then handle the delivery on the ground in Marrakech. Many of our clients only travel for the event itself.
What budget should I plan for?

How far in advance should I start planning?
The larger your group or the more ambitious your project, the more it pays to plan ahead, especially in spring and autumn, when the best venues are booked early. That said, we are used to working to short deadlines: send us your dates and we will tell you honestly what is still possible.
Do you handle logistics for guests?
Yes: accommodation, airport transfers, getting around on site, welcoming guests and managing staggered arrivals, including when your guests are coming from several countries.
