At Saphyyr Events, we turn your ideas into unique experiences in the enchanting setting of Marrakech. Prestigious venues, attention to detail and local expertise come together to elevate your events, whether corporate or private.
We never start from a catalogue. We start from your intention — what you want your guests to feel — then look for the venue, the suppliers and the running order that serve it. That is why no two of our projects are ever alike.

Two enthusiasts, two cities
Saphyyr Events was born when Dounya Chaouki and David Neto met, driven by a shared love of travel, cultural discovery and unique experiences. Inspired by the prestigious events they have attended around the world, they founded the agency to reinvent event planning around the values of elegance and authenticity.
This dual culture shaped the way we work: an office in Paris, an office in Marrakech. You talk to us in English or French, in your own time zone, with people who understand your expectations; and a team is on the ground all year round to visit venues, negotiate with suppliers and keep the running order on track on the day.

What you can expect from us
A single point of contact
Catering, decoration, technical production, accommodation, transfers: one person coordinates everything. You don’t have to juggle ten suppliers from abroad.

If your budget doesn’t stretch to the venue you have in mind, or your dates are impossible, we tell you in the very first conversation rather than three weeks before the event.
