The whole challenge lies in the invisible logistics: getting the guests there, accommodating them and keeping them hidden until the last moment. We handle the coordination for you — and nobody lets the cat out of the bag.
A weekend with friends
Two or three days: staggered arrivals on Friday, a pool day or excursion on Saturday, a party dinner in the evening, brunch before everyone leaves. The most requested format for groups of twenty to forty people.

Caterer, pastry chef for the cake, decoration, DJ or Gnaoua musicians, photographer, hosts and hostesses, security: we select, negotiate and sign contracts on your behalf.
Guest logistics
Accommodation, airport transfers, shuttles between venues, welcoming staggered arrivals from several cities or countries.
Timed running order
Guest arrival time, the entrance of the cake, speeches, the photographer’s slot, the change of musical mood: everything is set and briefed before you arrive.
Coordination on the day
A team on site from set-up until the last guest leaves. The unexpected always happens — it should never reach you.
How much does a birthday party in Marrakech cost?
There is no single price: it all depends on the venue, the number of guests and the level of production. Here are the orders of magnitude we see, item by item, detailed in our birthday budget guide (in French).
Two benchmarks to help you: a transfer from the airport costs around 70 to 100 dirhams by official taxi, and a hammam session with massage costs between €30 and €60 per person — the most requested activity the day after a party. Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I start planning?
Allow three to six months for a full weekend with an exclusive-use venue and guests coming from several countries, and six to eight weeks for a party dinner with no accommodation to organise. Spring and autumn get booked earliest. Give us your dates: we will tell you what is genuinely still available.
Do I need to come to Marrakech to organise the party?
No. We prepare the entire project with you from Paris, in English or French, and deliver it on the ground. Many of our clients discover the venue the day before their party.
What budget should I plan for a birthday in Marrakech?
It depends on the venue, the number of guests and the level of production. Our budget guide (in French) gives the ranges item by item, then we draw up a free quote based on your actual project.
Can a surprise party be organised remotely?
Yes, and it is actually easier: guests get their information from us, not from you. We manage arrivals, accommodation and the timing of the entrance, so the person being celebrated doesn’t see a thing coming.
What is the best time of year?
Spring and autumn offer the most comfortable conditions for an outdoor evening. Winter is mild during the day but the nights are cool: you need to plan for braziers and blankets. Summer means moving the party to the end of the day. Also bear in mind Ramadan, which moves about eleven days earlier each year and changes opening hours and the serving of alcohol.
Do you serve alcohol at private parties?
Yes, in venues that hold the necessary licence or through an authorised supplier — this is something we check venue by venue before suggesting it to you, because not all riads and villas are in the same position.
