How far in advance should I start planning?
The more ambitious your project or the larger your group, the more it pays to plan ahead, especially in spring and autumn, when the most beautiful venues are booked early. That said, we are used to working to tight deadlines: send us your dates and we will tell you honestly what is still possible.
Do you handle guests coming from several countries?
Yes. We coordinate the welcome, transfers and accommodation, including when your guests arrive from different cities at staggered times. That is exactly the kind of complexity our presence on the ground allows us to absorb.
What budget should I plan for an event in Marrakech?
It all depends on the format, the number of guests, the venues and the level of production you want. We prefer to draw up a free, detailed quote based on your actual project rather than give an indicative rate.
Can the event be organised remotely from France?
That is the whole principle behind our two offices. We prepare the project with you in Paris, in English or French, and handle the entire delivery in Marrakech. Many of our clients only travel for the event itself.
