An all-inclusive stag do in Marrakech over three days and two nights, with two dinners, two hours of quad biking in the Agafay desert, a hammam with massage, a DJ on Saturday night, airport transfers and local shuttles, comes to roughly €250 to €480 per person for a group of 10, and €225 to €420 for a group of 20. If the group covers the groom, each payer pays about €280 to €530 in a group of 10 and €240 to €440 in a group of 20. On top come accommodation, from €50 to over €350 a night depending on whether it is a simple riad room or a villa, and what never sits inside a “package”: flights, drinks and extras. Here is the itinerary hour by hour, the maths line by line, and what to check before paying for a package.

## The three-day itinerary

Our [ten stag do activity ideas for Marrakech](https://saphyyrevents.fr/enterrement-de-vie-de-garcon-a-marrakech-10-activites-incontournables) (in French) list what is possible. Here we turn them into a programme that fits a weekend, with no wasted day and no rushing between activities. Marrakech-Menara has direct flights from London and several other UK airports, as well as from Paris, where the flight takes about 3 h 15 to 3 h 30: a group leaving late morning on Friday is having dinner in Marrakech that evening.

### Friday: arrivals and the first night

- Afternoon: arrivals at Marrakech-Menara airport, transfer, check-in at the riad or villa.

- 6pm: drinks at the riad, costumes or surprises for the groom.

- 8.30pm: dinner at a good restaurant in town.

- After dinner: a first club night for those who want it, or back to the riad. Our guide to [nightclubs in Marrakech](https://saphyyrevents.fr/en/birthday-nightclub-marrakech) explains how to book a table.

### Saturday: the desert, then the big night

- Morning off: lie-in, pool, late breakfast.

- Afternoon: two hours of quad biking in the Agafay desert, less than an hour’s drive from the city centre. Agafay is a stony desert, not sand dunes.

- Back around 6pm – 6.30pm, shower, change.

- 8.30pm: celebration dinner at the riad or villa, with a DJ until the music cut-off, usually between midnight and 1am.

### Sunday: recover, then fly home

- Late morning: hammam and massage for the whole group, the most requested activity the day after a party.

- Lunch by the pool, then airport transfers to match flight times.

Three timing tips. Put the quads on Saturday afternoon, not morning: nobody wants an early start after Friday night. Keep the hammam for Sunday, when the group needs it. And if you want a hot-air balloon, book it for Saturday dawn, knowing the wind can cancel it: it is an extra, not the centrepiece of the weekend.

## What does each person pay, in a group of 10 or 20?

The maths uses two sources published on our site, and nothing else: the ranges on our [birthday and private party](https://saphyyrevents.fr/en/birthday-party-in-marrakech) page for dinners and the hammam, and those in our [group budget calculator](https://saphyyrevents.fr/en/seminar-team-building-budget-calculator-marrakech) for quads, DJ, transfers and shuttles.

| Item, per person | Group of 10 | Group of 20 |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Friday dinner in town | €20 to €40 | €20 to €40 |
| Quad biking in Agafay (2 hours) | €65 to €90 | €65 to €90 |
| Saturday celebration dinner | €60 to €120 | €60 to €120 |
| Hammam with massage | €30 to €60 | €30 to €60 |
| Airport transfers, return | €6 to €12 | €6 to €12 |
| Local shuttles (2 days) | €20 to €36 | €20 to €36 |
| Saturday DJ, per person share | €50 to €120 | €25 to €60 |
| Total per person, excluding accommodation | about €250 to €480 | about €225 to €420 |

The working. DJ: €500 to €1,200 for the night, so 500 ÷ 10 = €50 and 1,200 ÷ 10 = €120 for 10; 500 ÷ 20 = €25 and 1,200 ÷ 20 = €60 for 20. Shuttles: €10 to €18 per person per day over two days, so €20 to €36. The rest adds up as listed: 20 + 65 + 60 + 30 + 6 + 20 + 50 = €251 and 40 + 90 + 120 + 60 + 12 + 36 + 120 = €478 for 10; 20 + 65 + 60 + 30 + 6 + 20 + 25 = €226 and 40 + 90 + 120 + 60 + 12 + 36 + 60 = €418 for 20.

The DJ is the only shared cost, which explains the gap between the two groups. For a more Moroccan feel at a lower price, a solo Gnaoua musician costs €150 to €300 for the evening, or €15 to €30 each in a group of 10.

### Covering the groom

If the groom pays nothing, his share is spread across the others. In a group of 10, nine people pay for ten: multiply by 10/9, giving about €280 to €530 per payer (251 × 10 ÷ 9 ≈ €279; 478 × 10 ÷ 9 ≈ €531). In a group of 20, nineteen pay for twenty: multiply by 20/19, about €240 to €440 (226 × 20 ÷ 19 ≈ €238; 418 × 20 ÷ 19 ≈ €440).

### Accommodation, separately

Our page gives a nightly benchmark for accommodation of €50 to over €350, from a room in a simple riad to a villa or palace. That is per property or room, not per person: each share depends on how many share a room. For 10 to 20 people, the real question is elsewhere: take over a whole riad, at €2,000 to €15,000 a day depending on size and season, or a villa, quoted on request. The group then has the whole place to itself, Saturday night included.

## What an “all-inclusive stag package” leaves out

A package shows a price per head. Before comparing two offers, look for what is missing.

- Flights. They are not part of our services: book them yourselves or through your travel agent. Fix the dates before buying tickets, and bunch arrivals onto two or three flights to keep transfers simple.

- Drinks. An “all-in” dinner is often drinks extra. Alcohol is only served in venues with the required licence: ask before booking the riad.

- Club entry and spend. Almost never included, and every club sets its own booking terms.

- Lunches and taxis in town, beyond the planned shuttles.

- Tips, which are customary; our piece on [tipping in Morocco](https://saphyyrevents.fr/pourboires-au-maroc-apres-un-mariage-guide-2026) (in French) gives benchmarks.

- Extra activities: hot-air balloon (€170 to €200 per person in our calculator), cookery class (€45 to €70), golf or go-karting, on request.

An offer that looks cheaper often counts only one dinner, one night or one transfer. It does not cost less: it shifts the spending onto the group once they are there.

## The rules to know before you go

A good stag do in Marrakech is one that does not draw attention in town. Keep costumes, forfeits and chanting for the riad, villa, desert or club. UK government travel advice states that drinking alcohol in the street, or anywhere other than a licensed restaurant or bar, is illegal and can lead to arrest, and that Morocco takes a zero-tolerance approach to drugs, with long prison sentences. It also reports petty crime such as bag-snatching in tourist areas: leave passports and valuables in the safe, and use official taxis.

For quad biking, operators set their own conditions (minimum age, riders per bike), and the French Foreign Ministry’s travel advice notes that local emergency response capacity is often limited for risky activities such as quad biking. Make sure everyone has travel insurance that covers medical costs and repatriation.

## When to go

Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) give the most pleasant temperatures for the desert and the pool, but they are also high season: book three to six months ahead. In July and August the average high is above 37°C, so [quad biking](https://saphyyrevents.fr/en/quad-buggy-group-marrakech) moves to the very end of the day. In winter, days stay mild (an average high of 20.1°C in December) but nights are cold, around 7°C. And Ramadan, expected to begin around 8 February 2027, give or take a day, changes opening hours and alcohol service: avoid it for a stag do.

## What Saphyyr Events does

We build the programme, book the riad or villa, the quads, the hammam, the DJ, the dinners and the transfers, and coordinate the weekend on the ground. One point of contact, in English or French, split between Paris and Marrakech; a team on site on the day. The best man keeps control of the surprises: the groom only receives the dates and a packing list.

## Frequently asked questions

### Does the price include flights?

No. Our services cover what happens on the ground. Book flights yourselves or through your travel agent; we time the transfers to your arrivals.

### How far ahead should we book a stag do in Marrakech?

Three to six months for a weekend with an exclusive riad or villa, especially in spring and autumn. Six to eight weeks is enough for a programme with no accommodation to arrange.

### How big does the group need to be to take a whole riad?

Once the group fills most of the rooms. A whole riad costs €2,000 to €15,000 a day depending on size and season: divide by the number of people to compare with separate rooms.

### Can the stag and hen do share a weekend?

Yes, with two separate programmes and a joint dinner if you like. The hen budget works the same way: see our [all-inclusive hen party in Marrakech](https://saphyyrevents.fr/en/hen-party-marrakech-all-inclusive-budget).

We build the programme, book the activities and coordinate the weekend on the ground: see our [private party planning in Marrakech](https://saphyyrevents.fr/en/birthday-party-in-marrakech), or ask for a [free quote](https://saphyyrevents.fr/en/free-quote) with your dates and group size.
